Email Problems

I'm not getting any email through any of my Plesk accounts (walkingwithdogs.co.uk, jetpac.co.uk, overthewall.co.uk)... all of which fwd to another email address (I am however getting mail directly sent to that address).

I know walkingwithdogs.co.uk has been this way for at least 1 day, the others I'm not sure but arriving to a mere 3 emails this morning confirmed something was up.

Can you please look into this asap cos I fear I'm losing important work emails here.

I've just done a quick test and it's working OK on my Plesk account.
More specifically, both forwarding and POP3 mail, including webmail, are working.

You're not over quota are you? I've noticed that with other customers who have reported similar problems to you, it turned out that this was the case.

Turns out it's the mail account my mail FWDs to bouncing things back... so I'm hassling them to let it through.

I've been fwding them to this address for years then suddenly they get stopped... spam blockers seem to lose far too much REAL email IMHO.
