Moving to Cpanel / POP3 Email

Rob,

I've been emailing support numerous times this ear, but have still not had a response. I am wanting to access my email on MS Outlook using pop3, but I can't get the outgoing mail to work. You previously said that this was a known issue with Plesk, and that you could migrate my site on to Cpanel instead. Could you update me on when this is going to happen, and let me know how to access the site once it has moved.

pop3 is incoming
smtp is outgoing

the *majority* of these issues resolve down to either:

#1 your ISP blocking the ports and forcing you to use their outbound SMTP server
#2 a virus checker or local firewall (norton internet security is very prone to this) blocking the traffic

I think your problem is fixed since our discussion, but if you or anyone else is still experiencing problems sending or receiving emails and have checked the 2 above points , please contact support and we'll get the issues resolved
