Hi, site down (can not find server) for over a week, plus i can't log into control panel, can't get email, etc etc.
what to do?
(site=www.sinotesol.org)

Do you have an account with us? I am unable to locate the domain sinotesol.org on our servers. What is your username?

Thanks for the quick response. I've changed the nameservers and I'll check in a few hours after they've propagated.
However...I was never told of the nameserver change...they've been set at ns1 and ns2 since the beginning...how was I (or any member) supposed to know to change them?
Another question, have the mail servers changed as well?
Please advise.

Hello Bobby,

In the News section of cPanel, it has told you to update your nameservers for several months now. You should have also received an email to your cPanel contact email about this. :)

What mail servers are you using? mail.yourdomain.com should work once the nameserver changes have propagated.
