In its previous incarnation, this board had separate forums for Plesk and CPanel support issues. I've just made a contribution to the topic of a reported Horde problem, and from what has been posted since it's clear that the issue is with the CPanel version of this software and my experience was with the Plesk version.
Can I suggest that this support section have separate Cpanel and Plesk forums, which would avoid that sort of confusion. Until that's done, it might be a good idea to put [Plesk] or [Cpanel] in the topic title.
On the other hand, the division into the various categories of customer, when as I undersand it we're all using the same software, might be overkill?
