:angry: I use OE to manage a number of accounts and the ones linked to my site keep on failing with this message:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.clientbank.co.uk',
Server: 'mail.clientbank.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

What on earth does this mean?

As you may be able to work out, I am very non-techy, so simple answers like 'Their server isn't working' would be good.

Anyone else had similar problems?

Hello Paul. This will be due to ports being blocked (25 for imcoming or 110 for outgoing) This link will help.

Are you running under Cpanel or Plesk?
