My previous webhost has gone kaput taking all sites down with them, so I need to get back on my feet ASAP. I need to know:

1) Do your personal (CPanel) accounts come with Boxtrapper?
2) How quickly are accounts activated?
3) Can I keep my (UK) domain with 123reg, just changing the nameserver settings to reflect my webpresence here?
4) Do you provide a temporary URL allowing me to setup and check my site (FTP/HTTP) before the nameservers are updated and the site becomes live?

no, we offer spamassassin as a spam-filtering method, but not the "pre-auth" whitelist functions from boxtrapper at this time.

same or next day after payment verification.

certainly, although we will be changing our pricing/services very shortly to include the domain registration/transfer/renewal free with some of our hosting accounts.

you can access the system by IP address for uploading, and by ~username to access the site for previewing whilst waiting on the DNS, alternatively you can add the IP to your local hosts file and use the domain for both.
