What is the latency of those servers?

Which data centre are you in?

Have you a customer domain I can ping to check?

Where is your TOS located? I want to check allowable cron intervals.

Anything less than 5 minutes will get diabled due to our server monitoring.

Anyone needing cron tasks that put regular/undue load on the servers will need to upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated Servers.
