Cobalt RaQ4r server Bronze2 failed overnight.

Client data is currently being extracted from the archive system and will be restored to a new machine shortly.

More information as soon as its available.

Default
Raid Array failed completely, the actual onboard controller unable to read 8any* disks. New server was build, setup restored from backups and existing data recovered and copied over.

Anyone noticing and missing files from theri websites shoudl contact support ith a ticket for investigation, as we believe everything should be fine.

Plans are now afoot to retire the sun based cobalt systems (4i, 4r, 550, lx) from active use, as they are approaching end-of-life, and Plesk is a natural fit for functionality and easier for us to maintain.
